The importance of correctly
installing an air conditioning / heating system can’t be over
emphasized. This includes correctly sizing the system for the
home, proper refrigerant piping practices (de-burring,
brazing, pressure-leak testing and evacuation), sealing of air
side components, proper system condensate drain piping, leak
testing gas piping, securing electrical connections, as well
as properly sizing circuit breakers and disconnects.
Also, we pay very close attention to system start-up details
such as the furnace temperature rise and air conditioning
system suction gas superheat and liquid line sub-cooling
stats, along with temperature drop across the evaporator. It
is essential this is carried out correctly especially on the
new high efficiency systems to facilitate best performance,
equipment longevity and manufactures’ warranty specifications.
